Reserve Your Bid
Make an advance deposit to bid on the vehicle you want to buy from the auction. The deposit amount depends on the price of the vehicle, as shown below.

Refundable: This deposit can be refunded anytime before the bidding is successful. Bank charges on both sides will be deducted.
Choose & Submit
Choose your required vehicle from our auction stock list and place the bid using the Make Bid form. We will receive your request and place the bid in the auction on your behalf.

Bid Result
If your bid is won, we send you the invoice right away. If the bid fails, your deposit is returned in full, or you may use it toward your next bid.
No cancellation fee applies when the bid itself is unsuccessful — your deposit stays fully protected.
Complete Payment
Transfer the balance amount within 3 days of receiving the invoice to our Japan Bank Account. Please share the bank transfer slip as proof of payment.
All payments are to be made in our Japan Bank Account only.
Export Prep
Once your payment is confirmed, we arrange the vehicle shipment on the earliest available schedule. Your export documents are sent by courier once the vehicle has shipped.
You will receive shipment updates and tracking information throughout the process.
Take Delivery
Once you receive the documents, you can collect and register the vehicle in your country. A clearing agent can help with the procedure and give an indication of fees and taxes.
Inspect the car thoroughly upon arrival — our team is on hand to help with any questions.
